Introducing "Lift for Life"

 

A "6 week beginner, strength training, 1:1 coaching program; specifically with the 50 + menopausal woman in mind.

 

Master strength training safely, in a comfortable enviorment, without feeling "out of place, or intimidated.

 

Learn all the basics for improved, strength and bone health. 

 

Not only will we focus on getting you "Stronger for Life", we will address many of the common symptoms of menopause, such as aching, stiff, muscles and poor mobilty.

 

Taught by Jo Hawi, a 'Menopause Coaching Specialist and Womans Health and Wellness Coach".  

 

Herself, in her 50s, who understands only too well the struggles a woman faces as she ages.

 

This program requires a 2x per week commitment, for 6 weeks. Sessions will last aprox 1 hour each.
